About this course
In this mini-course, you will find three, short 15 min lessons. According to Harvard researcher and author, Shawn Achor, “Conventional wisdom holds that if we work hard we will be more successful, and if we are more successful, then we’ll be happy.” We have been led to believe that if we can just find the perfect job, acquire that next promotion, lose those fifteen pounds, then happiness will follow. But this formula is broken. In these modules, you will learn specifically what DOES NOT contribute to your long term happiness and how when we can get our brain to positive, we become engaged, creative, motivated, energetic, resilient, and productive at work and at home.
