I loved the idea of making the goals fun! Every time that I have tried to be healthy in the past, I made rewards to get to and that did not seem to work. I have set myself new goals and some ways to make them fun during the process !

I love the idea of making the PROCESS part of the pay-off, and not just the outcome. What new goals are you working on?
I am working on reducing (and ultimately eliminating) dairy from my diet and am engineering the environment by getting my family on board, buying less/not buying milk and cheese when possible, and seeking out dairy-free alternatives, treats, and snacks! These steps have already helped a lot 🙂
