Learners are trained to view and track data in a user-friendly manner, ensuring the process is beneficial rather than burdensome. Encouraging educators to actively participate in data collection, both within and beyond the classroom, this course aims to make data driven decisions an integral part of their teaching culture.
By the end of “Data Driven Decisions” training, educators will not only be able to set realistic goals based on the results of data analysis, but also use this analysis to positively influence student outcomes. Thus, this course enables teachers to employ a data-driven mindset in their instructional practices, enhancing the overall learning experience.
Dr. Kristie Ennis is a Strobel Education consultant, a national board-certified teacher (ELA/YA), and a college English instructor.
She specializes in helping educators gather meaningful data to inform their instructional decisions and providing customized real-time coaching for schools implementing Standards-Based Grading in their classrooms.
Dr. Ennis combines her many years of classroom experience, instructional coaching, and consulting with dozens of schools across the country to provide training that is research-based, interactive, and responsive to the current needs of educators.
