This Strobel Education workshop equips educators with the tools and strategies to successfully implement the flipped classroom model in today’s learning environments. Instead of relying on traditional lecture-based instruction, this approach shifts direct teaching outside of class time so that classroom time can be used for deeper learning, collaboration, and application.

Participants will learn how to design engaging, student-centered lessons that allow learners to access content at their own pace and come to class prepared for higher-level thinking. The training focuses on creating meaningful learning experiences through the use of videos, digital tools, and multimodal resources that support diverse learners.

Educators will leave with practical strategies to increase engagement, personalize instruction, and make better use of instructional time by creating more interactive and effective classroom experiences.
