Tomelle Greenfield, M.A., ABA, is a seasoned behavior specialist with over 20 years in education, dedicated to helping schools create safe, structured, and emotionally supportive learning environments. With nine years in Title I classrooms and six years as a Behavior Specialist, she brings deep, real-world experience supporting students with complex behavioral needs.
She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism and specializes in helping schools shift from reactive discipline to proactive, relationship-centered systems. Tomelle has coached staff, conducted behavior assessments, developed intervention plans, and partnered with teams to improve student outcomes.
Known for connecting with even the most reluctant learners, she combines high expectations with genuine care while equipping educators with practical, sustainable strategies that support both behavior and learning.

While it’s great to attend live to get any questions you may have answered, you will have access to the training for 30 days.

All sales for the virtual events are final. If Strobel Education reschedules a live event, customer’s event registrations will automatically apply to the rescheduled event. If Strobel Education changes a live event to a virtual event, customer’s event registrations will automatically apply to the virtual event. If Strobel Education cancels a live or virtual event, customer’s event registrations will be converted to Portable Event Package.
