This past summer was one for the books! Traveling and connecting with you is my favorite part of the work that I do.
We have lots of fun digging into the science of happiness and mapping out plans on how to prioritize radical wellness as we all move into another school year.
One of my favorite parts of my keynote is our dance party. It never fails… everyone gets out of their seats and fired up!
We raise the energy of the entire room, and people love it!
There were weeks this summer when I was in a new city every single day. It lights me up to pour into you, and I wouldn’t change it for the world. But I miss home when I’m gone.
This guy might not miss me as much as my doggies do when I travel, but he does miss me.
He always says,
“The house is so quiet when you’re not here.”
I think he means that as a compliment, don’t you? 🤣
