Cancellations/Substitutions

Registrants may cancel reservations up to fourteen days before the professional development training workshop for a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received fewer than 14 days before the event are not eligible for a refund. Registrations may be transferred with advance notice; however, free registration for school administrators is a non-transferable offer. Payment Note: If paying registration by personal check, your reservation will be held for 10 days; reservation is subject to cancellation if payment is not received within 10 days.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

In cases of inclement weather, all efforts will be made to hold workshops as scheduled. If Strobel Education deems it necessary to cancel a workshop, registrants will be notified by email and will receive a full refund. However, if a workshop is held as scheduled, registrants will be expected to attend and no refunds will be issued.

Referral Program

Strobel Education pays a referral fee to individuals who refer colleagues to a live workshop. To qualify: Referred individual must complete a registration for a live workshop during designated open referral times. Individual must supply referrer’s name and email address during the registration process and supply a valid form of payment. Referral fees will not be issued for any incomplete registrations or any registration for which registrant’s payment is not collected/valid. Referrer will earn $30 per qualified referral. Payments will be made by check within 30 days of the live workshop; checks will be made payable to the referrer name on file and sent to the referrer address on file.

Affiliate Program: Qualifying education-related businesses/groups may be eligible to become Strobel Ed affiliates and earn referral fees. Contact us to find out if your business/group is eligible.
