The practice of gratitude has a powerful effect on our brains. It helps us view our surroundings through a new lens, and what we focus on grows. So the more you focus on all the abundance in your life, the more you attract more abundance into your life.
People who regularly practice gratitude experience fewer pains in their body, as well as reduced symptoms of depression.
Gratitude has actually been shown to help people sleep longer and feel more rested when they wake up.
When people are able to appreciate others’ accomplishments, this can actually improve their own self-esteem!
And begin finding joy and happiness in all the small – and big – things around you!
