The Leadership Well-being Academy
Exclusively for School Leaders
The secret to creating work~life flow and revolutionizing well-being.
Reclaim Your Happiness • Embrace Your Greatness • Ignite Your Purpose
Is this you?

It's easy to completely lose yourself in this job. To think the answer is to work grueling long hours, adopt the nose-to-the-grindstone mentality, and completely deplete yourself.
This formula of "work hard, and you'll be successful, and happiness will follow" is completely broken and works against you in ALL areas of your life.
Happiness fuels success, not the other way around.
"School leaders experience substantial
job-related stress, yet they often lack the guidance and resources necessary to develop their own social and emotional competencies (SECs) to feel good in both their career and the other parts of their life."

“Eighty-eight percent of leaders report that work is a primary source of stress in their lives and that having a leadership role increases the level of stress. More than 60 percent of surveyed leaders cite their organizations as failing to provide them with the tools they need to manage stress.”
We can't change the system, but we can change how we operate within the system.
School leaders are seen as the boss, the administrator, the person in charge. And they are consistently offering support to their teachers, students, and the rest of the school community.
But many times, it's a the expense of their wellbeing, their own family, and their joy.
You have multiple meetings (i.e., building admin, district admin, IEP, etc.), complete virtual or in-person walk-throughs to check in on students and teachers.
You plan for professional learning opportunities so your teachers can keep up during these constantly changing times in which they need help matching technology tools with pedagogical practices.
Unfortunately, many school leaders are now at their breaking point.
This is why I developed
The Leadership Academy for School Leaders.
It's time to create support systems for those who are holding the reigns and leading the charge. It's time to get your brain at positive so you can increase your productivity levels, be more effective at work, and enjoy the other parts of your life.
When we learn simple habits to create work~life flow, we begin to "be" better in every area of our life. According to positive psychology expert Shawn Achor, "When we are positive, our brains become more engaged, creative, motivated, energetic, resilient, and productive at work."
We know from the research that we can reprogram our brains to become more positive to gain a competitive edge at work and create more success, happiness, and reward in our lives.

We've got to learn to give ourselves some GRACE while we lead our schools, our families, and students.
And we have to place our well-being at the forefront because this is the very thing that drives our success.

Meet Your Coach
Kim is a former teacher, curriculum director, and school leader who works mostly as an international speaker and leadership and happiness coach.
Because of her own challenges and adversities, Kim teaches others how to overcome their fears, discover their joy, activate their potential, and boldly pursue a life that feels good to them from the INSIDE-OUT.
She is results-focused and believes in giving people the tools to make permanent and enduring, positive changes in all areas of their lives.
She works with school leaders globally to create systems of change within themselves, and within the systems they work and live in. Her goal is to maximize the success of school leaders who then lead teachers who inspire students.
Kim is a true leader and understands all of the demands and pressure that are placed on leaders. She works to re-educate others on how to flourish and reclaim their life in their career and in the other parts of their lives.
