The Leadership Academy
A leadership coaching program exclusively for educational leaders
Get the secret to creating work-life flow while you lead and revolutionize the culture of your school or organization.
You’re putting in long hours trying to juggle tremendous amounts of paperwork, meetings, and the endless needs of teachers, parents, and students.
Staffing and sub shortages have pulled you in multiple directions, making it more and more difficult to accomplish your workload during the day – leading to late nights and weekend work sessions.
You haven’t forgotten why you chose this profession, but the overwhelm, stress, and frustration is causing you to lose sight of your passion and the leader you long to be.
You’re desperate for more support and, at times, just someone to talk to who can help you navigate the difficult situations you’re handling right now.
I want you to know that you’re not alone.
84% of school leaders report high levels of stress and many are at a breaking point. It’s discouraging to carry the weight of unrealistic demands and expectations in a system that needs repairing. Especially when you lack the resources and tools to handle the challenges you face on a daily basis.
The truth is, while it feels like there is so much required of you, it doesn’t have to be at the expense of your wellbeing.
What would happen if you could lead from a place of clarity, confidence, and joy?
According to positive psychology expert, Shawn Achor, “When we are positive, our brains become more engaged, creative, motivated, energetic, resilient, and productive at work."

Research by Shawn Achor
Research shows that we have the ability to be three times more creative when we come to work with wellness at the forefront. When our brains are at positive, we become 31% more productive and 23% less stressed.
You may not be able to fix the system, but you have the ability to create systems, actions, and relationships to help you reclaim your happiness, embrace your greatness, and ignite your purpose.
When you prioritize your well-being, you empower yourself to lead in a more impactful and productive way.
Imagine having a support system among other school leaders where you could feel empowered to…
Prioritize your health and wellbeing
Explore what a happier, healthier version of yourself could look like, and get strategies to help you be proactive about managing stress and anxiety.

Are you ready to find breakthrough in your career and life?
It’s time to place wellbeing at the forefront because that is the very thing that will drive your success.

Frequently Asked Questions
Still have questions? I’ve got answers!
I hear you! We all have crazy schedules between school and district events, workloads, and the lives we lead outside of school. That’s why we’ve spread out The Leadership Academy modules and coaching calls in a 10-month schedule to give you time to watch the video lessons (each about 15-20 minutes long), digest the material, prioritize our calls, and collaborate within the community.
The program can provide you with the relationships and encouragement you need to realign your passion for education and reclaim you. And I’ll just say it….at Strobel Education, we don’t believe in “I don’t have time.” We know life can take a turn that legitimately causes you to take a “time out” and we can, and will respect that. But like all things in life, if this is a priority, you CAN make it a priority. You’ll have our team to guide you along the way and a fabulous community of other school leaders to give you the encouragement and accountability you need to stay on track.Short answer: there are no refunds for The Leadership Academy after Sept. 10th. Here’s why…
We believe in our framework and the valuable tools and resources we provide in this program. However, your success is dependent on the level of commitment and intention you put into this program. If you show up and stick with it, results will follow.
This is a 9 module course and coaching program spread out over 10 months. We start on August 1st.
There is about one hour of training per month inside the video library and our monthly coaching calls last about 90 minutes. We designed this program with the schedule of school leaders in mind, making the professional learning totally manageable within bite-sized pieces.
This is a course that’s led in real-time by me and my team. The program is spread out over the course of 10 months with themed months based on a specific course module and topics we’ll cover in the monthly coaching call. However, you’ll be able to work through the video library at your own pace in between sessions.
No worries there! We record each coaching call and upload the video inside the course portal for you to access whenever you want. You can submit any questions that you’d like us to discuss ahead of time to make sure you have the answers and strategy you’re looking for.
Step 1: After you sign up, you’ll receive an email confirming your payment and instructions to log into the course portal where you’ll be able to access our coaching call calendar and bonus online courses by August 1st. The videos for each module will be available on the first of each assigned month and coaching call replays will be available the day after they are recorded.
Step 2: Honor your commitment to yourself and start the process.
- Take some time every week to watch the assigned videos and engage with members of our community.
- Building relationships are a big part of the process.
- Join our monthly coaching calls to participate in group discussions and ask questions (or set aside time to watch the replay later). Plan the action steps you will take to start seeing results in yourself.
Step 3: Take simple action steps toward your growth. The investment doesn’t end when you make a payment. Commit to applying your time and attention toward investing yourself daily.
The program ends May 31st. However, you will have lifetime access to the video library, coaching call replays, and course materials inside Kajabi. Plus the lifelong friendships you’ll have created with other principals, administrators, and superintendents inside our small community.
We do not offer payment plans for this program.
The principles and strategies inside this program have worked for countless school leaders who have taken consistent action. But if you start the program, take action, and it still doesn’t feel like a good fit, send me an email by Sept. 10th, and I’ll refund your payment in full. No refunds will be provided after September 10th.
Although we cover some of the same research and strategies in both programs, the topics are tailored more to school administrators.
We are not able to accept applications for the program after August 15, 2022. But you can join the waitlist for our 2023 cohort.
We offer virtual coaching that can be formatted to fit the specific needs of your school and leadership team. Reach out to Kim for more information and to book a free consultation.
You absolutely can! While we do cover similar topics every year, they are topics that require practice and revisiting, even for me! And our live coaching conversations will also vary year to year depending on the needs of the participants.
