I’m also a real-talk, no-fluff, truth-teller…. but I haven’t always been that way.
But I was also tired of feeling alone because I thought no one understood what I was going through.
Through the help of amazing doctors, medication, therapy, and the tools and research that helped me shift my thinking patterns, I started making conscious decisions every day to improve my well-being.
And it totally changed my life.
Stress. Anxiety. Burnout. Depression.
And sometimes suffering can cause us to feel shame.
Shame for feeling stuck. Shame for not knowing the explanation behind it all. Shame for not knowing what to do next.
But here’s what you need to know.
You have the ability to step into your power and unleash your happiness, one daring day at a time.
And you don’t have to do it alone.
My mission is to help teachers and school leaders take ownership of their own personal and professional wellness, so they can live happier lives and get the results they’re after.
Let Kim empower your staff with inspirational stories, research, and life-changing action steps.

Award Winning Speaker & Educator
I’ve had a standing Friday lunch date with my 98-year-old grandmother for 22 years. I’ve learned so much from her, and I cherish every minute we spend together.
Every single morning I get out and run. I get about 40 miles per week. It keeps the energy flowing and the endorphins pumping!
I enjoy hiking and all things nature with my hubby, who I’ve been married to for 19 years. We have four kids and three grandkids, and they are just the cutest things on Earth!
Our consultants are in the trenches with teachers, drawing from current classroom experience, and using the strategies we teach and the resources we provide in our workshops and courses.
