Are you a birthday person? I really haven’t been an overzealous birthday person, but this year I am because I turn 50.

Because of this, all month, I am going to share what’s been going on in my almost 50-year-old brain with you.

🔟 Favorite Cardigan from Athleta: When I’m not stepping on a stage, you’ll find me in workout gear because that’s what I’m most comfortable in. This is soft and has deep pockets. It’s my go-to when I’m traveling in airports.
