From this module, I defiently learned that I need to give my self a little more me time. My self-care time will have to be brief at first because of my infant but I still need to dedicate about ten minutes to myself everyday. Some days I feel very overwhelmed so making plans for that time will make my overall well being better.

Yes, it’s really important for you to try your best to make this time for yourself. I know it’s so easy to put yourself last on your list, but it’s really about prioritizing yourself. My biggest takeaway was to take more time for myself doing the things I want to do. I need to quit letting people make plans for me.
