It took me years to learn to prioritize my own well-being, but once I did, it began to shift every area of my life in a positive way.

It’s not always easy to maintain new habits, but with a little guidance and support, you can make Radical Wellness a lasting part of your daily life.

Here are some helpful tips to stay on track and continue your journey:

  1. Create Accountability: Find a wellness buddy—someone who shares your goals and can help keep you motivated. Check-in with each other regularly to celebrate wins and stay focused.
  2. Celebrate Small Wins: Remember that every step forward, no matter how small, is progress. Whether it’s getting through a tough day with your well-being intact or carving out time for yourself, each moment counts. It’s okay to start small. It really is!
  3. Be Patient: Radical Wellness is not a quick fix—it’s a lifestyle shift. Progress takes time, and that’s okay. Allow yourself the grace to grow at your own pace.
  4. Build Daily Habits: The key to Radical Wellness is making it part of your everyday routine, no matter what life throws at you. Whether it’s deep breathing, mindful movement, or setting healthy boundaries, these habits add up and have a profound effect on your overall well-being. You just have to move the needle by 1%.

Here’s a challenge for you: For the next 7 days, commit to one Radical Wellness practice. Maybe it’s saying no to something that drains you, waking up 15 minutes early to have some quiet time, or moving your body in a way that feels good. Choose one thing that nurtures your well-being and see how it shifts your mindset and energy. You are worth this time.
